Secretary Bird Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-21

These terms govern your use of Secretary Bird (the "extension") and its Pro license, provided by hakeemify ("we", "us"). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.

What Secretary Bird is — and is not

Secretary Bird is a document triage and extraction assistant. It flags potential risks, extracts clauses and key terms, detects and redacts personal information, and summarizes documents, entirely on your device. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Its output is an aid to your own review, not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for any decision you make. Automated analysis can miss items or misclassify them; always verify against the source document, which the extension links to for exactly this reason.

License

The free tier is provided at no cost. Pro is a one-time software license ($29 one-time), delivered as a license key, that unlocks additional features on your devices per the license's activation limit. The license is for your own use; do not resell, share publicly, or redistribute your license key. We may deactivate license keys that are shared or abused.

Acceptable use

Use the extension lawfully and only on documents you have the right to process. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent the licensing, or misrepresent the extension as your own.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the extension functional but provide it "as is" and "as available." Browser platform changes (for example, to on-device AI availability) may affect optional features. We may update the extension and these terms over time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the extension is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on its output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the extension will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. The product

Watchbird is a browser extension that monitors parts of webpages you choose and alerts you to changes. The free tier is provided as-is; Watchbird Pro is a one-time software license delivered instantly as a license key.

2. License

One Pro license covers personal use across your own browser profiles. Don't redistribute keys.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you monitor. Watchbird fetches pages from your own device at the intervals you choose, similar to visiting them yourself.

4. No guarantee of detection

Websites change structure, block automated requests, or render content in ways that prevent checks. Watchbird surfaces errors when it cannot check a page, but missed changes do not entitle refunds beyond the policy below.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Taxes are handled by the Merchant of Record.

6. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchbird is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Terms of Service — Roost

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Roost browser extension and website. By installing or using Roost, or purchasing Roost Pro, you agree to them.

Roost is provided by Mohammad Ashik Elahi (operating as hakeemify.com) ("we", "us"). Contact: support@hakeemify.com.

1. The service

Roost is a browser extension that saves, restores, searches, and organizes your browser tabs and sessions. A free tier is available, and a paid "Pro" tier unlocks additional features via a one-time purchase and license key.

2. License to use Roost

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Roost for your own use, subject to these terms. You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Extension or your license key;
  • share your Pro license key beyond the permitted number of device activations;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law;
  • use Roost to break the law or infringe others' rights.

3. Pro purchases, license keys & payment

Roost Pro is a one-time purchase (currently $5, subject to change) that unlocks Pro features. Your purchase is processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (or another authorized reseller). Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts, and its terms also apply to the transaction (Paddle buyer terms).

On purchase you receive a license key valid for up to a set number of device activations (currently 3). Keys are for your own use and must not be shared or resold. We may deactivate keys that are shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

4. Your data

Your saved sessions and tab data stay on your device; you own that data. Our handling of the limited data we do process is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own all rights in the Roost software, brand, and website. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you beyond the license granted above.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Roost is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Roost will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser version. Any RAM or memory figures shown are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Roost. Our total liability for any claim relating to Roost will not exceed the amount you paid for it (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Roost and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

9. Third-party services

Roost relies on third parties such as Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure), your browser vendor, and an email provider. Their terms and policies apply to their respective services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, note them on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
