Why the usual fixes do not stick
Consent banners reappear because the site records your choice in a cookie, and anything that clears cookies clears that record too. Blocking the banner by network rule is unreliable, because most banners are rendered by the page itself rather than fetched from a known address. The reliable fix is a cosmetic rule that hides the banner element on that site, stored locally and reapplied before the page paints.
