Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: [07/07/2026]
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules for using the websites, software products, applications, browser extensions, developer tools, AI tools and automation products provided by Hakeemify ("Hakeemify", "we", "us" or "our") (together, the "Services"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you agree to it for that organisation, and you are responsible for your users' compliance.
1. General principle
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes, in a way that respects the rights of others, and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, your business, and the people you interact with through the Services. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for any content or data you submit, send, or process.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use, or allow anyone to use, the Services to:
- Break the law — engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages — send unsolicited, bulk, or automated messages of any kind; harvest or use contact lists without a lawful basis and appropriate consent; or otherwise violate anti-spam or electronic-communications laws.
- Violate third-party platform rules — use any Service to breach the terms, policies, or messaging and advertising rules of a connected platform (for example, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or other providers the Services integrate with).
- Infringe rights — infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
- Distribute malware or attack systems — upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems without authorisation; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Commit fraud or deceive — engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices; impersonate any person or entity; or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Handle prohibited or high-risk categories — use the Services in connection with gambling, adult or sexually explicit content, weapons, illegal drugs or controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or any other category prohibited by law, by our payment providers, or by applicable card-network rules.
- Post harmful or abusive content — create, store, or share content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that exploits or endangers minors.
- Misuse personal data — collect, store, or process personal data without a lawful basis and the necessary consents, or in violation of applicable data-protection laws.
- Abuse the Services technically — use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services except as we expressly permit; circumvent usage limits, security, or authentication; or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Resell or reverse engineer — resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted, or reverse engineer, decompile, or copy them except to the extent the law allows.
3. Rules for specific products
In addition to the rules above:
- Messaging and automation products (including WhatsApp workflow tools and Meta Conversions API / offline-event tools): you must only message people who have given you a lawful basis and appropriate consent to be contacted; you must honour opt-outs promptly; you must comply with the sending platform's own policies and with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws; and you must only send conversion or event data that you are entitled to send. These products must not be used for unsolicited bulk marketing.
- AI tools: you must not use them to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, to impersonate real people, or to present AI-generated output as something it is not where doing so would mislead or harm others.
- Browser extensions and developer tools: you must not use them to violate the terms of the websites or services you use them with, to access or extract data unlawfully, or to interfere with systems you do not own or have permission to test.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services — and the use by anyone you allow to access your account — complies with this Policy and with all laws that apply to you and to the people you contact or whose data you process. You must obtain and maintain any consents, permissions, and licences your use requires.
5. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may — with or without notice, and at our discretion — investigate, remove or disable access to offending content, throttle or suspend your access, or terminate your account, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Where required by law, or to protect the Services, our users, or third parties, we may report activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law-enforcement or platform investigations. A serious or repeated violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
Nothing in this Policy obliges us to monitor the Services, but we may do so to operate them, keep them secure, and enforce this Policy.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using the Services in violation of this Policy, please tell us at info@hakeemify.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
