What you are buying

BowerBird Pro is a one-time software license, delivered instantly as a license key. It is not a subscription and does not renew. There is no account and no ongoing service to lose access to.

License

• One purchase covers your personal use on a reasonable number of your own devices, currently up to three activations.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the license key.
• The license does not expire. Pro verifies on your device and continues to work offline.

What the software does and does not do

BowerBird hides page elements and blocks network requests using rules. It is a convenience tool, not a security product, not a privacy guarantee, and not legal advice about consent or data protection.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Websites change constantly, and a rule that works today may stop matching after a site is redesigned. We do not warrant that any particular element will remain hidden, or that any particular ad will be blocked.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of BowerBird is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Acceptable use

Do not use BowerBird to circumvent paywalls, defeat security controls, or breach any website's terms. The product is not designed for those purposes and we do not support them.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the updated date above will change. We may discontinue the product, in which case your existing license continues to work on the version you have, because verification is offline.
