If BowerBird Pro is not what you expected, email support@hakeemify.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used, and we will refund you in full.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the sale, so the refund is issued through them and returns to your original payment method. It typically appears within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Your license key is deactivated. The free tier keeps working, and your existing hiding rules are stored on your device, so nothing you created is deleted.
We would appreciate hearing what did not work, because it is the most useful feedback we get, but a refund does not depend on you providing one.
