How Risk Flagging works

In Secretary Bird's Risk Flagging feature, our proprietary technology analyzes documents on-device, using a network of trained algorithms to identify potential risks based on pre-defined rules. 12 built-in risk rules are available, categorizing concerns as high, medium, or low severity. These rules cover a range of critical issues, including data breaches, non-compliance with regulatory standards, and inconsistencies in contract clauses.

The Risk Flagging feature also includes advanced checks for missing clauses and source-linked findings. For example, if a contractual agreement is referenced but not fully included in the document, Secretary Bird will flag this discrepancy. Similarly, if relevant external sources are cited but linked to, our system can track these references back to their original passage.
