The rules for using Niyom and its optional one-time Pro unlock. Short, and written to be read.

The short version: Niyom is a habit tracker, not medical or behavioural-health advice. Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play — nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
These terms govern your use of Niyom (the “app”) and its optional Pro unlock, provided by Hakeemify (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Niyom is a habit tracker. It helps you record habits, check in, take rest days, and reflect on your consistency. It is not medical, psychological, or behavioural-health advice, and it makes no promise of any particular outcome. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to improve any condition. You remain responsible for your own choices.
The free tier is provided at no cost and includes the full month grid, up to 8 habits, reminders, rest days, notes, CSV export, the home-screen widget, and the reflective Insights layer. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase ($14.99 one-time) that unlocks unlimited habits, the analytical Insights layer, and themes. It is a one-time unlock, not a subscription — there is nothing to renew or cancel.
Pro is purchased through Google Play Billing, and Google is the merchant of record. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. We do not process payments or refunds ourselves.
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer it, circumvent the Pro entitlement, or misrepresent the app as your own.
We work to keep the app functional but provide it “as is” and “as available.” Operating-system changes may affect optional features such as widgets or notifications. We may update the app and these terms over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
