14-day money-back guarantee. If Secretary Bird Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no complicated conditions.

How refunds work

Pro is a one-time purchase ($29 one-time). If you are not satisfied, contact support@hakeemify.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.

How to request a refund

Email support@hakeemify.com from the address you used at purchase.
Include your order number or license key (both are in your purchase confirmation email).
We'll process the refund through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds return to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Your Pro license is deactivated once refunded. The free tier continues to work fully — all local analysis features remain available at no cost.

Try before you buy

Because the free tier includes the complete on-device analysis core, you can evaluate Secretary Bird thoroughly before purchasing Pro. We encourage it.
